Emergency shut-off buttons found near our EV Chargers are meant to address emergency situations only and should not be misused.
The E-stop button should only be activated under these circumstances:
- Fire hazard/ flash flood during charging
- In the event there is sudden lightning and thunderstorm while the vehicle is still charging at an unsheltered station, and the user is unable to unplug the charging arm despite several attempts to unplug it.
Please DO NOT press the e-stop button:
- When your vehicle has stopped charging but the App shows that the charging session is still ongoing;
